Terms and Condition

All Submissions must be postmarked by the deadline date.

Films must be submitted on DVD with Title and Running Time.

Screenplays can be either emailed in .pdf or Final Draft .fdr format or a paper COPY can be mailed.

Screenplays must be between 50 and 150 pages.

Submitted materials are for judging purposes and will not be exhibited publicly without expressed consent of the submitter.

By Submitting to Underground Exposure, submitter acknowledges that he/she is either the director, producer, author or agent therof, and is authorized to give Underground Exposure consent to publicly screen the submitted work.

Submitted items will not be returned.

Submitters will be notified upon reciept of their submission.

Submitters will be notified once screening/reading of their submission is complete and will receive a short review of their submission.

Winners will be announced May 1st 2010!

Winners are encouraged but not required to attend Festival.

All entrants recieve free Admission to the festival.
